"Still, it means you won’t find those adorable hemp-leaf-adorned cocktails in casino bars or CBD massages in any Las Vegas spa inside a casino. The law, however, doesn’t apply to non gaming hotels. In May of last year, the Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy passed a bill to allow therapists to topically apply CBD, and the Waldorf Astoria Spa added a CBD enhancement to its massages the next month."
