"After perusing Airbnb for a couple days and failing to find a home that suited my needs—an affordable, nice studio or one-bedroom in a residential neighborhood—I finally stumbled upon a hidden gem. Chelsea's white and blue-painted guest house checked off all of the boxes: it was budget-friendly and hosted by a verified Airbnb Superhost, had a near-perfect 4.97-star rating, was on a tree-lined street with casual and delicious-looking restaurants, and was centrally located near Brickell, Little Havana, Downtown Miami, and Key Biscayne. As a bonus, it couldn't have been more charming. It was nestled into the curve of a small lagoon-shaped pool, shaded by a stand of leafy palm trees, and hidden behind the main house inside a garden wrapped in vines, scattered with flowers, and bursting with bubbly, low-to-the-ground succulents."
