"Driving past Wynn Las Vegas, you’d never know that a gorgeous, 130-acre golf course lies just beyond the Las Vegas Strip. Formerly part of the Desert Inn, it was the site of the first golf course in Las Vegas and is still the only course on the Strip. It was redesigned by Tom Fazio and his son, Logan, who reinvented all 18 holes in 2019. It has also been reconfigured to take even better advantage of the showpiece: the 35-foot-high, 100-foot-wide waterfall which sits behind the eighteenth hole. A number of rooms and suites—plus the resort's Fairway Villas—have spectacular views over the lush, green space, which is as transporting as parks get in a place like Las Vegas." - Andrea Bennett
