"The first thing you need to know about Sestina is that it's a vegan restaurant. But the approach to plant-based food here reflects an increasingly popular philosophy: Just because it's made without animal products doesn't mean it can't be luxurious, refined, and flavorful. You could take a carnivore here and they wouldn't even know they were eating a vegan dish until you told them.
