"Located at the corner of Flamingo and Ft. Apache roads, this Newport Beach–origin fast-casual taqueria closed after a little over a year in its second suburban expansion. The 2,422-square-foot Spring Valley space featured a Day of the Dead–inspired interior and added a full bar to bolster a menu of burritos, tostada bowls, salads, tacos, and quesadillas. The concept has been a long-running success at the Palms casino’s Eatery food court since 2012, previously tried expanding to Summerlin in 2010 (closing after three years), and still operates at the Palms resort and at two counters inside the T-Mobile Arena." - Bradley Martin
