"Sungold is an all-day restaurant stationed inside the Arlo Williamsburg, opened by chef Michael King, who previously worked at Ace Hotel. The restaurant seats 60 diners and features dramatic lighting, exposed brick, and velvet banquettes. The menu includes starters like daily sourdough focaccia, charred cabbage with trout row, and a pizza shop salad, along with pizzas such as American prosciutto or charred broccoli. Highlighted pastas include Coperta, a pork ragu with amaro from Brooklyn's Faccia Bruto, finished with hazelnut gremolata and Piave Vecchio.
