"After a complaint that employees did not wash their hands before serving ice cream, I saw that Cold Stone Creamery at 6640 N. Durango Drive was shut down on March 10; inspectors found an employee bathroom toilet that did not flush and issued demerits for dirty shelves, floors, coolers, equipment, walls, and food contact surfaces. The shop reopened on March 11 with a zero-demerit A grade." - Susan Stapleton
