"Created by chefs Jon Rotheram and Tom Harris of a celebrated Hackney pub-restaurant, this savoury-bun concept served soft, nostalgic British-style buns with fillings such as beef-and-barley with horseradish, curried lamb, Welsh rarebit, and bacon with tomato sauce.
