Incredibly. 34 Restaurant and Bar is a shining example of the food that helped make Emeril into the legend he is today — the extensive menu is a mix of snacks like croquetas and patatas bravas; tapas-style small plates of bacalhau à brás (salt cod with potatoes and eggs) and sardine toast; entrees of cataplana (fish stew) and beef espetada; and large, shareable rice dishes made with lobster, duck, rabbit, and more.
