E.A.K Ramen Expands With Hell’s Kitchen Location, Opening This Fall | Eater NY

"I'm excited that E.A.K. Ramen will open a bigger Hell's Kitchen location in October at 360 West 46th St. between Eighth and Ninth avenues; it will continue serving iekei-style ramen (a blend of shoyu and tonkotsu), keep classics like the zebra, and add more ramen varieties including a new chicken-only broth. The menu will be more robust overall, adding appetizers and entrees such as scallops with ponzu butter, grilled chicken wings, and vegan options like a mushroom bowl, while the sake selection will triple and seating will increase to about 50 (up from 40 at the other NYC spot)." - Serena Dai
