"This sprawling restaurant focused on healthy-ish food has become immensely popular in Boca Raton, and this year it expanded to North Palm Beach. The Boca location is offering takeout, and much of the food is vacuum sealed to extend its refrigerator shelf life. Among the standout dishes: butternut squash soup; a “namaste” raw salad; quinoa meatballs with spaghetti squash, spinach and tomato basil sauce; and beef short ribs with Brussels sprouts; maple whipped sweet potatoes and mushroom Bordelaise.
