"A 40-seat downstairs bistro from Joshua and David Foulquier (of Sushi Noz and Noz 17) named for their late mother, paired with Salon Di Fifi upstairs — a 28-seat space that displays the family’s art collection including works by Calder, Miró, and Picasso. Chef Zack Zeidman (formerly of Estela and Café Altro Paradiso) oversees a French and Basque menu featuring escargot a la Bourguignonne, deviled baked crab, roast chicken with foie gras jus, and a rib-eye côte de boeuf; sommelier Tira Johnson (Sushi Noz) programs the French and Iberian wine list while Yumi Nemoto (B-Flat, Martiny’s) handles cocktails.
