"Al’s Beef, an iconic Italian beef vendor, is relocating after 35 years at Wells and Ontario in River North. The new location will be at 548 N. Wells Street, replacing the vacant Yu Choy Chinese restaurant space. The flagship on Taylor Street, founded by Terry and Chris Pacelli, remains operational. The franchisees plan to start construction in July, targeting a fall opening. The company has a storied history dating back to 1938." - Ashok Selvam
