Federales New Logan Square Location Will Feature a Retractable Roof | Eater Chicago

"I know the West Loop bar famous for revelers shooting tequila and then hurling those empty glasses made of ice at a bell is poised to open an 8,500-square-foot location in Logan Square. The spot, which also serves tacos, is taking over the former Marcello’s Father & Son at Milwaukee and Sacramento avenues and is typically crowded on weekend summer days with customers wanting to snag a patio space; a rendering of the Logan Square site shows a patio. Management describes it as “a lofty, open-air bar concept mixing tacos, tequila, and cocktails under a retractable roof,” the menu would be similar to the West Loop location, and the opening was pegged for quarter two 2023.
