"Hotel Cloé is a collaboration between the Charlie Palmer Group, the Zlife development company, and locals Michael and Jennifer Cornthwaite’s Future Restaurant Group. It is a 76-room, four-star boutique hotel located at 921 S. Main Street in the Arts District. The hotel is described as having 'cannabis friendly balconies and local cannabis products in-room'. Charlie Palmer will operate the 3,586-square-foot Bar Cloé inside the hotel, which features new American cuisine, a private Salon du Vin, a 313-square-foot secret bar, a chef’s table, 45 seats around the central bar, and outside patio loungers. The venue will also offer guest chef appearances, wine tastings, cooking and mixology classes, live music, and farmers markets." - Bradley Martin
