Mitsuwa Japanese market in suburban Chicago unveils renovations | Eater Chicago

"A Tokyo-based yakitori chain is opening its first location outside Japan at the Arlington Heights market in the second week of June (scheduled before a bluefin tuna carving on June 15). The concept focuses on charcoal-grilled chicken skewers seasoned with salt or a sweet, thickened soy sauce called tare, and its online menu highlights chicken cuts such as thigh, neck, heart and gizzard alongside skewers of beef, pork, vegetables and pickled quail eggs.
