"Anthony at Lou’s Takeaway in San Rafael is doing some of the most innovative, creative, and delicious work in the Bay: I couldn’t stop thinking about his “Snacky Fried Chicken” with a dehydrated snippet cheddar sour cream spice mix, Thai Chili Calabrian sauce, and a toasted kombu red miso “ranch” dressing — it was INSANE — and I also loved a fried duroc pork belly with Thai chili garlic vinegar and fresh greens he’d just gotten from the Marin Farmers Market." - Eater Staff
