"Catching cider straight from the enormous barrel it’s aging in doesn’t necessarily require an occasion, but a bachelorette party is a good excuse to make a little mess. A $45 prix-fixe dinner includes two cider catches, plus Basque-inspired, cider-friendly dishes like grilled vegetables and chorizo and a Spanish tortilla with bacalao. The a la carte menu is much more extensive and includes party shareables, like a cheese board, croquetas, and nachos." - Melissa Kravitz Hoeffner
