The owners have drawn on their Chinese and German heritages to craft a unique menu with highlights galore. The seaweed latte with soy sauce caramel is not too sweet and has a deep umami finish; the tomato “egg” rice (really stir-fried beancurd skin) is a filling, curry-like dish that has the bonus of being both vegan and gluten-free.
