"After a water main break on Oct. 15 left the French restaurant without potable water, I noted that Favorite Bistro at The Linq Promenade closed its dining room and the Southern Nevada Health District issued an imminent health hazard; inspectors also found staff continuing to prepare food in an upstairs kitchen (the restaurant maintains it was throwing the food away), and Favorite Bistro reopened that same day with an eight-demerit A grade." - Susan Stapleton
