"I'm told it's on track to open around February 6 at 283 Third Avenue (East 22nd) as a new 24-hour spot from Stratis Morfogen and partner Philippe Bondon that aims to celebrate New York's round-the-clock identity while updating diner culture with a tech- and SEO-forward approach. The fully gutted space will have an open kitchen behind the counter, 90 seats inside and 90 outside, plenty of neon and even a coin-operated pay phone by the restrooms.
