"This downtown food hall at 111 Congress Avenue manages the Ellis bar program and is expanding its beverage offerings to better complement the new kitchen, adding a broader range of agave spirits (mezcals, sotols, raicillas, and tequilas), more Central Texas wines, and new cocktails such as a frozen coconut-lime tequila, a mezcal cocktail with piloncillo and mole bitters, and a watermelon-Tajín drink.
