"Eighteen months after chef Mark Ladner, an alum of now-closed NYC fine dining destination Del Posto, headed up the much-publicized launch of Italian restaurant Bar Enza at the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square, there’s been a change in command. Tony Susi, a Boston veteran who was the former chef and owner of acclaimed Italian bistro Sage, has taken over as executive chef at Bar Enza. That means that Ladner’s famous 100-layer lasagna has been nixed to make way for Susi’s revamp of the menu, which includes a sirloin carpaccio and campanelle nero, or squid ink pasta with crabmeat." - Erika Adams
