"The first outpost of ritzy steakhouse Perry’s that’s actually inside the loop will debut at 1997 West Gray Street, inside the River Oaks Shopping Center, next month. The sprawling 12,000 square-foot, two-story restaurant will seat around 350 guests, with the main dining room upstairs and outdoor patio seating on the first level.
