"Housed at a renovated Sheraton property, this transformed 1980s hotel pool is an Instagram-ready, high-energy social club that blends dining, cocktails and swimming into a colorful, retro playground. The centerpiece is a restaurant built into the former pool (diners can eat at the bottom with a window looking into the active outdoor pool), while the outdoor deck features bright pinks and blues, neon signage, a poolside ball pit and floaties for a playful vibe. The menu skews Mediterranean with fresh dips, crudos and brick-oven pizzas (the zucchini and burrata pie is a standout), plus shareable desserts like a “mega” banana split. Cocktails lean fruity and citrusy — for example, the Dusk ’Til Don (chamomile-infused tequila with honeydew cordial and citrus) and several frozen options including an Aperol slushie — and DJs spin on weekends with seasonal parties keeping the energy lively. Dining reservations include pool access when capacity allows (passes are also available via Resort Pass); lounge chairs are first-come. The restaurant closes earlier than the bar, which stays open later for a night-owl crowd." - Darcie Duttweiler
