"Opened by Senegalese-born Elhadji Cisse, who moved to the States in 1995 and also runs Harlem’s Ponty Bistro, Renaissance Harlem, and Harlem Cafe, this new 4,500-square-foot brasserie at 60 W. 125th Street sits a short walk from the Apollo Theater.
