It channels the North Fork’s agrarian roots with white bus station tiles, barnwood accents, and even a chicken wire fence. Which means a locavoric and seasonal emphasis that seems quaint at this point. The relentlessly meaty menu, with a few vegetarian things here and there, has one entrée section devoted to braised short ribs, shrimp risotto, a hamburger, and the like, while a second section highlights game with roasted quail and rabbit stew.
