"Following social-media posts alleging that Joshua McFadden screamed at employees and that some managers worked while visibly intoxicated, co-founder Luke Dirks has stepped away from Submarine Hospitality, the restaurant group that includes Ava Gene’s and Tusk; McFadden will remain in charge.
