"South Carolina’s cheeky frose purvey, the Co-Op, has brought its boozy frozen concoction to Nashville’s city limits with two locations in the Gulch and Hillsboro Village oozing laid-back coastal charm. And while its wine-soaked slushies are the star attraction, the shop also churns out a variety of crispy salads and hearty sandwiches (like the Cubano with deli chicken, ham, spicy brown mustard, mayo, and pickles on a baguette) along with a variety of breakfast toasts and burritos. You can also opt for a non-alcoholic version of its blend, but take note: the shop is seasonal. It re-opens after a brief winter slumber on March 1." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones, Eater Staff
