"Aster Hall, located inside the 900 North Michigan Shops, is a new food hall that will feature 16 stations including ramen, tacos, sushi, hot dogs, and more. Hogsalt, the owners of Green Street Smoked Meats and 3 Greens Market, will provide the food. Designed by AvroKO, the space spans 22,000-square-feet and includes recessed food stations called 'vaults'. It is set to open in November and will offer items like chowder in bread bowls and vegan bowls, with orders available via kiosks or smartphones." - Ashok Selvam
