"Inside the Fairmont in downtown Austin, I visited a new champagne and caviar bar called Room 725 that opened Friday, September 16; it offers champagne by the bottle, glass, and flights, classic cocktails like French 75s, martinis, and old fashioneds, and a la carte caviars with accompaniments as well as caviar-topped dishes such as foie gras, confit potatoes, and lobster claws, plus a vegan caviar option and cigars; the indoor bar is open Fridays and Saturdays from 6 to 11 p.m. and reservations can be placed online." - Nadia Chaudhury
