"Belfast Mill in the French Quarter does what any good dive bar does: rounds out an ideal holiday night out in the city. Across from Romare Bearden Park, this tucked-away, drinks-only bar is a true hole-in-the-wall in a historic textile space. Since there are only a few snug tables inside, visitors mostly spill out into the alley, which flurries with sports fans and tourists, reminiscent of a bar-studded European side street.
