"After a recent rebrand and menu overhaul, this Chinatown Center at Spring Mountain ramen shop brought in California chef Ricky Komorida (of Raz Kamen in Grand Terrace) to upgrade a Japanese menu that retains anime-inspired wall coverings and a lively, late-night vibe. Appetizers include garlic butter mushrooms, the house tacos, shrimp pops, and karaage, alongside various fried-rice entrees and customizable house-special ramen where diners choose protein, noodle style, toppings, broth, and spice level.
