Besides Joyce Farms heritage turkey and trimmings, there’s a Nueske’s cane syrup glazed ham option, both priced at $36 including sides. There are plenty of a la carte choices, including Gulf shrimp bisque, Parisian gnocchi, and grilled whole fish.
