"Part of a major revamp of the W Hotel after Marriott’s acquisition, the 120-seat seafood project from John McDonald of Mercer Street Hospitality will feature Paul Hargrove as chef (formerly at Blue Hill at Stone Barns for four years) and collaboration with Patrick Shaw‑Kitch, who worked with Hargrove at Stone Barns and is opening Brooklyn Granary & Mill in Gowanus.
