The best ice cream treat in the whole park is the house-made chocolate-chunk cookie sundae at the Golden Horseshoe. It’s a warm brown butter chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauces and whipped cream, then finished with two more cookies that form Mickey ears.
