"Cirque de Cuisine, the Southern Food and Beverage Museum's annual romp through some of the French Quarter's best kitchens, kicks off at the Bourbon O Jazz Bar (730 Bourbon) at 12:30 p.m. where tour-goers can grab tickets, maps and wristbands and buy SoFAB sangrias for $7 before heading out to 11 special and historic homes; each kitchen will serve a bite from a local restaurant and a drink. Check-in opens at 12:30 p.m. and closes at 4 p.m.; tickets are $55 in advance, $45 for SoFAB/NatFAB members, and $65 at the door." - Stephanie Carter
