"A Michelin-starred Lincoln Square restaurant whose chef Christian Hunter recently teased a deleted diner-style menu and is developing a more affordable second concept that honors his mother Angela Laverne's Cincinnati roots. The planned diner would feature chili loaded with noodles and cheese, Coney dogs, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and vegetarian options; Hunter says he's working on the idea with founder Tim Lacey. In late February the restaurant announced Hunter as a co-owner and promoted Bradyn Kawcak from chef de cuisine to executive chef to give Hunter room to pursue new projects—Kawcak brings experience from Chicago Michelin-starred kitchens such as Band of Bohemia, Entente, and Elizabeth. The team is actively searching for a space and hopes to open the diner by the end of the year." - Ashok Selvam
