"A new food-and-drink destination is coming to Montavilla in the next few months: a project from the team behind The Zipper that will house a taproom and four micro-restaurants with shared indoor and outdoor communal seating. Guerrilla Development, a Portland agency focused on non-gentrifying, community-oriented spaces, is renovating a former auto mechanic’s building and decided to revive the mechanic’s name for the new small food court.
