"Beginning as a catering venture by Teóna Washington in 2015, Cajun Twist grew from bringing New Orleans-tinged food to friends' offices using recipes passed down from her Louisiana family into a restaurant that, while mostly Cajun, also offers tacos, Cubanos and other dishes all served with a little bayou kick; in its growth Washington has committed to giving back through Humpdayz, which donates 10% of the day's sales to feeding the homeless, and the new restaurant will join other park eateries such as Sea Salt, Bread & Pickle, Spring Cafe and Lola’s Cafe." - Joy Summers
