"Since opening in December 2008, L’Artusi has become a West Village fixture. I watched everything come to a halt when the pandemic shut down restaurants in March, and the team quickly pivoted—jumping into delivery and takeout lunch service a few months before indoor dining was banned and then expanding into a more robust takeout and meal-kit menu throughout the pandemic.
