"This multi-unit, made-to-order operation produces boat-shaped Adjarakan khachapuris in several modes; the original pairs mozzarella with two eggs, and add-ons like jalapeños and chives can be requested to brighten the flavors. A tomato-scramble variant swaps in scrambled eggs and tomatoes, and the jalapeños are credited with tying everything together inside a nicely browned, light and fluffy crust.
