Pizza Anonymous opens a second location in Henderson this weekend | Eater Vegas

"Inside Saint Honoré, I found the takeout-and-delivery operation Pizza Anonymous so popular that the two couples who own it — Lin and Stephen Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes and her husband, Michael Santos — decided to open a second location in Henderson, with the Henderson Cafe Lola location opening a second Pizza Anonymous on September 5. The underground pizza parlor serves Roman-style square pies with a fluffy crust cut into six slices that can be ordered whole or by the slice; the menu features four varieties — cup-and-char pepperoni, garlic veggie, Margherita, and salumi — plus cheesy bread, and diners can substitute a cauliflower crust for a gluten-free option. Customers can also pick up milkshakes in vanilla bean, chocolate, horchata, and funfetti, and the spot inside Cafe Lola is open for takeout and delivery from 5 to 9 p.m. daily." - Susan Stapleton
