Tiny’s Milk & Cookies Will Open a Second Location in River Oaks | Eater Houston

"Expanding to a second location on the same block as Tiny Boxwood’s River Oaks home base, Milk & Cookies will open a walk-up window at 2809 Saint Street that was carved out of Tiny Boxwood’s parking lot; Tiny’s manager Courtney Goeres says they’re rearranging the lot to add the window while actually gaining some parking spots. The new walk-up will mirror the West U format but be fancied up with a small lawn bordered by a white picket fence and maybe a couple of lawn chairs for a fun, “dreamy” feel. As with the West U location, Milk & Cookies will serve coffee, ice cream, pastries, and the eponymous chocolate chip cookies for which Tiny’s is known, though unlike West U the walk-up’s goods will be supplied by Tiny’s central commissary — a long-planned project that will eventually supply items like sauces and pastries to all Tiny’s locations.
