Circle, Times Square Asian Nightclub, Closes in February - Eater NY

"Massive Times Square Korean nightclub Circle is counting down its last days. The club catered primarily to Asian and Asian American clientele and will close in February after a decade in Times Square. Known for its large capacity and long lines, Circle remained relatively unknown outside of its core community. The owners are shifting focus to their restaurant ventures, including Kang Ho Dong Baekjong, Sweetcatch Poke, and Mamoun’s. Circle maintained a low media profile but faced legal issues in 2013 for alleged discrimination. Anthony Bourdain mentioned Circle in a profile last year." - Serena Dai
