"Saint James Seafood, located at 806 W. Main Street, Durham, must vacate its space by November 1, as its lease has been terminated. The restaurant faced a 10-month shutdown due to a gas explosion and then the pandemic-related closures. Despite reopening for takeout in summer 2020 and dining room service in early 2022, the restaurant now faces closure. The owner remains hopeful about finding a new location." - Erin Perkins
