"American Beauty is an American-style steakhouse founded in 2019 on Rose Avenue in Venice by American Gonzo (Paul Hibler and Jeff Goodman) and Bruce Horwitz (the Tasting Kitchen). It serves almond wood-grilled steaks sourced from notable farms and producers, including Flannery, Creekstone Farms, and Santa Carota. The steakhouse, which encountered some labor issues during the COVID-19 pandemic as a result of changing its tip pool model, has spun off a reasonably priced burger spot called the Window into a successful chain with locations in Venice, Silver Lake, Hollywood, Long Beach, and the Grove." - Matthew Kang
