"Botánero is an agave lounge from chef Yanitzin “Yani” Sanchez and partner Richard Vallejo, replacing Caspian at 1413 N. Ashland Avenue. It offers a special tasting menu on Wednesdays starting October 23, with tamales, quesadillas, and tlayudas. Weekend brunch includes bottomless margaritas, micheladas, mimosas, and spritzers.
