"Botánero is an agave lounge from chef Yanitzin “Yani” Sanchez and partner Richard Vallejo, replacing Caspian at 1413 N. Ashland Avenue. It offers a special tasting menu on Wednesdays starting October 23, with tamales, quesadillas, and tlayudas. Weekend brunch includes bottomless margaritas, micheladas, mimosas, and spritzers. The taco de negro asada is expected to become a signature dish." - Ashok Selvam
