"Minahasa, a regional Indonesian passion project, will pop up at Dos Urban Cantina. The two-day event, featuring dishes like fried plantain with sambals and nasi rames with beef cheek rendang, will take place on Sunday, March 5 and Monday, March 6. This comes after Minahasa's recent departure from Revival Food Hall in the Loop.
