"This local Peruvian chicken chain’s four shot offerings traverse the flavor spectrum. A green tea delivers a sour punch with a mixture of whisky, peach, and citrus, while a pickleback shot uses house-made brine as a salty chaser to a shot of whisky. Odes to sugary-and-salty childhood snacks come in the form of a PB&J shot (peanut butter and jelly whiskey) and “Cinnamon Toast Crunch Remix” (rumchata and cinnamon mezcal).
